I work to de-escalate conflict at the earliest time. By continuing my mediation education and with self-reflection, I maximize healing and harmony in my personal life. I strive to be a peacemaker in my home, at work and on the street. I value the individuals, clients and families who show courage in working against custom to attempt resolution of the most important issues of their lives without the ammunition of threats and the use of power which is part of the court process. As a qualified mediator, my goal is to achieve a satisfactory resolution each side of the conflict can live with.
